My Story of Becoming

I grew up in rural America, in a home marked by chaos, alcoholism, and instability. By the time I was 12, I had already begun drinking—trying to quiet the pain and silence the shame. Alcohol worked—until it didn’t. I became a fully progressed teenage alcoholic by high school, trying to survive in a world that didn’t feel safe.

Getting sober was a miracle. Grace showed up, and I said yes. That was over 36 years ago.

But here’s the truth: physical sobriety was the easy part. The real healing was internal. I had to face the trauma, self-hatred, and beliefs that told me I wasn’t enough—pretty enough, smart enough, important enough.

That’s when my deeper healing began.

Through 12-step work, trauma recovery, inner child healing, and spiritual growth, I discovered a new way of living. A way to not just survive—but truly come home to myself.

Today, I help others do the same. My work blends personal experience with professional training and spiritual guidance. I meet you exactly where you are—without judgment, without pretense—and together, we move toward real healing.

My Approach to Healing

I believe the most profound healing happens when we move beyond the surface. That’s why my sessions go deeper than traditional talk therapy.

My style is intuitive, embodied, and Spirit-led. I draw from transpersonal hypnotherapy, somatic tools, energy healing, and coaching techniques to create a healing experience that reaches the body, mind, and soul.

Each session is personalized and purposeful. Sometimes that means powerful insight; sometimes it’s nervous system release, or uncovering hidden beliefs that have quietly run the show for decades. Often, it’s a moment of emotional freedom that changes everything.

I don’t believe healing should take years. Rapid transformation is possible—and you don’t have to walk through it alone.
